The partners of Elvinger Hoss Prussen are delighted to announce the arrival of Stéphanie Pautot.
Stéphanie Pautot focuses on private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions and corporate law. She advises financial institutions in relation to the setting-up, the corporate structuring and the day-to-day management of their investment vehicles.
Stéphanie has broad experience in advising on all aspects of real estate investment projects including acquisition, disposal, financing, lease negotiations and due diligence.
She holds a Master’s degree in Law (Master Juriste d’affaires International et Européen) from the University of Nancy II (France) as well as a postgraduate diploma in Business and Tax Law (DESS/DJCE – Droit des affaires et fiscalité) from the same university.
Prior to joining Elvinger Hoss Prussen, she worked for fifteen years in major Luxembourg and international law firms.
She is a member of the Paris Bar as well as the Luxembourg Bar. Since 1998 she has been a lecturer in Luxembourg company law at the University of Nancy II.
