Under this new partnership, Apex Group will integrate two AlphaCentrix apps into its client offering: AlphaFuse and AlphaSpring, which provide a flexible workflow orchestration designer, as well as user-friendly client facing dashboards and analytics: 

• AlphaFuse is a middle and back-office capital markets middleware data hub, which improves efficiencies through workflow orchestration, transaction processing, and reference data management.
• AlphaSpring is an innovative portfolio reporting, business intelligence and communications platform for asset servicers and investment managers. 

Following a period of rapid growth and strategic acquisitions, the Group’s implementation of AlphaCentrix’ software will ensure consistency of processes across the Group, higher levels of automation, and will deliver greater operational efficiency and an enhanced client experience.
