Our daily job is to fulfill every aspect of our customers’ service expectations and the QEP accreditation is an important step towards that goal

Franco Nanna, Cargolux Head of Network Support in Luxembourg

Envirotainer developed QEP, its Qualified Envirotainer Provider Training and Quality Program, to recognize air transport service provider stations that can properly handle and manage Envirotainer container shipments. In the case of Cargolux, it recognizes that the four accredited stations have an effective quality management system and trained staff in place that can handle Envirotainer container shipments at all times.

“Our daily job is to fulfill every aspect of our customers’ service expectations and the QEP accreditation is an important step towards that goal,” said Franco Nanna, Cargolux Head of Network Support in Luxembourg.

Shippers in the pharmaceutical industry have welcomed and embraced the initiative which makes it easy to pinpoint those companies that can guarantee the best quality in cool container handling and transportation.

“Our QEP accreditation further supports our efforts to promote the quality culture within our organization and has a tangible impact on Cargolux’s service quality that our customers expect and appreciate,” Nanna added.

Cargolux plans to accredit additional stations in its network in the course of this year.
