Founded in 2003, Delaware Consulting has managed to develop in less than 10 years a strong international reputation by making a lasting impression on Belgium, where the headquarters are located, the Netherlands, France, China, the United-States and more recently Luxembourg.

Delaware Consulting has officially moved into its new offices end of February 2013. The company’s team is currently composed of 11 people. “Our objective is to double our headcount in the next 3 to 5 years. In the meantime, we can count on the skills of our Belgian colleagues whenever needed. This team spirit is essential to our success”, comments Olivier Spahn, Managing Director and SAP Manager.

The Delaware Consulting Luxembourg team has developed extended knowledge in Microsoft, SAP, OpenText, Sitecore & Sitefinity technologies and adapts its solutions on a case by case basis, taking into account existing applications within a company in order to allow smooth and structured transitions. “We have acquired these past years an important expertise, which provides higher efficiency in terms of cost and time gain. As an example, on the collaborative platform SharePoint, our team, made of 41 consultants, gathers more than 10 years of experience et never stops developing best practices and usable components”, notes Antonino Ricotta, Microsoft Manager.

“We pursue the objective to becoming the major specialist for SharePoint, SAP and OpenText in Luxembourg. We are also active in Sitecore and Sitefinity technologies and we are willing to share the expertise of our Delaware Performance Management team with CFOs.
