Student recruitment platform Individuum.lu reached a new successful stage
From enthusiastic student project to a well-developed Société Anonyme (S.A)
Summer 2013 marked an important milestone in Individuum’s corporate development, as Individuum officially becomes a Société Anonyme and gained three strategic investors.
Having started as an enthusiastic student project, Individuum experienced rapid growth and caught the attention of a number of established business men who became its investors.
Due to their success, Individuum’s three co-founders, Michel Hoffmann, Afshin Moayed and Samuel Faber were joined by Xavier Buck, Internet entrepreneur and DCL Group Chairman, Bob Faber, Partner at Paddock Corporate Services and Laurent Muller, Entrepreneur in Financial Services. Convinced by the quality of the team and their project, the three strategic investors will support the venture financially and nurture it with their knowledge and various different networks.
First in a series of strategies to reach out to its audience, Individuum S.A is pleased to launch a new, interactive website under www.individuum.com, where members of the public, current students, recent graduates and members of the press can find relevant information and guidance.
As this initiative responds to the real necessities of our societies, it needs the support of the whole economy.
Collaborating with a number of new organisations and public institutions, Individuum S.A is set to continue its progress and become the recruitment solution for students and graduates on a European scale. In that matter, the newly signed partnership between ELSA (The European Law Student Association) and Individuum S.A., is a significant example of Individuum’s aims and vision.
Based on constant growth and strategic development, Individuum S.A was therefore able to organise a networking event for Luxembourg’s students and young graduates.
Individuum marked the beginning of a new academic year with a professional speed-dating event for students and graduates in September 2013.
Reuniting over 70 students, young graduates, HR representatives from Deloitte, Spuerkeess, EuroDNS and the GenCreo start-up, the event made possible a direct contact between employing companies and Luxembourg’s young talent.
