Orange Luxembourg : a great place to work
Soon after the certification « Top Employer » , Orange Luxembourg is granted « Great Place To Work » thanks to its employees
Our employees are the key pillars of our strategy. Orange is aiming to build a new company model, digital and human with its employees.
It is not about the advantages given to people but a real company culture which has been assessed for the “Top employer” certification through the opportunities given to all to talk and share perspectives, the respect of the people and the recognition of the work done, the improvement of new skills, the sharing of the global strategy and also encouragement of people initiatives.
This inspiring objective has also been supported by the employees with the assessment of the “great place to work” institute, after an employee survey in Luxembourg. People’s respect, gender equity, balanced life between private and professional activities, friendliness are appreciated by the employees. All generations also consider as important , Orange’s Luxembourg ethics and its role in the social and environmental responsibility. The support given to strengthen people to cope with a changing environment more and more digital is important as well.
The « Listening-responding » we adopt in our customer relations is also well perceived and shared internally. Whatever the nationalities of the employees working in the company, be proud of Orange is a shared feeling and contribute to a great place to work.
« Such recognitions comfort us in our strategy , this cultural change can only be done with the contribution of all. Our values are based on encouraging positively in all the company. Instead of pointing out mistakes we prefer to support our employees in strengthening them and given positive and good feedback on the day to day work but also on initiatives. “It’s all about what matters to you » is our brand signature, it is also very relevant for our employees » declare Susana Quintela, Human Resources Director, Orange Luxembourg
