A strategic alliance, EBRC acquires a stake in Digora
Digora, a digital services company specializing in data management and digital infrastructures, announced that EBRC (European Business Reliance Centre), a European player specializing in the management of critical IT applications and IT security, entered into its shareholder base.
The alliance will offer European companies new high value-added services, based on their respective know-how: - expertise in the performance of data environments and outsourcing of business applications, by Digora, - cybersecurity, and piloting of critical IT infrastructures and the operation of Tier IV certified data centres, by EBRC.
As part of this alliance, EBRC becomes a unique shareholder alongside Digora’s founders and managing partners. In addition, the founders of Digora highlight the quality support of Euro Capital since 2012, a private equity firm of the Banque Populaire Group, and a major player in financing high potential SMEs.
"As an industrial partner and new member of the capital structure of Digora, EBRC marks a significant step forward in the development our company. In addition to the sustainability and credibility of this partnership, it will also enable us to consolidate and accelerate our growth, both nationally and internationally. Our strategic development axes around security, hosting and Managed Services of mission-critical IT platforms are strengthened and will enable us to develop our Cloud-Broker activities in line with the major offerings such as Oracle Cloud, Microsoft Azure or Amazon AWS for the direct benefit of our clients," state Renaud Ritzler and Gilles Knoery, founders of Digora.
"EBRC and Digora share strong values based on the culture of quality, security, social and entrepreneurial responsibility. This strategic partnership will enable our two companies to establish a center of excellence and leading expertise in the field of sensitive data management internationally. Our common goal is our commitment to support the digital transformation projects of our European and international customers seeking to develop their activities in Europe," says Yves Reding, CEO of EBRC.
"The EBRC - Digora project, targets the European digital market and will enable our group, the POST group, to strengthen its digital strategy on the international market, particularly in France. This project aligns perfectly with the group's strategy, which supports many transnational initiatives in the digital domain. It will reinforce our know-how in relation to our existing customers, but also allows us to attract and serve new and more demanding international clients," says Jos Glod, Chairman of the Board of EBRC and Deputy Managing Director of POST Luxembourg.
