Holger Barth is an expert within the field of consulting banks, insurances and capital market institutions. His special focus is on asset management, asset servicing, fund administration, transfer agency, fund brokerage as well as depositary, private and retail banking. Based out of the Luxembourg office, Holger alongside his team are consulting national and multinational financial services institutions for strategic, operative and regulatory matters.

The career of the German native has started in the early 90s within audit at C&L Deutsche Revision in Luxembourg, followed by his role as Head of Internal Audit and subsequently, Head of Operations at Union Investment Group. After four years at the German insurance company Provinzial NordWest, Holger played an essential role in building up the Luxembourg office of consultancy firm zeb (2012-2014) before becoming CEO of Credit Suisse (Luxembourg) depositary bank in February 2014.

He completed his studies in Corporate Tax and Finance at the University of Trier. In conjunction with his managing director function at the Luxembourg office, he will contribute to the expansion of the TALOS service offering by leading the fund services practice.
