The BNP Paribas Group in Luxembourg has again been awarded the prestigious "Top Employer Luxembourg" certification for outstanding working conditions.
Every year the Top Employers Institute, a globally renowned independent organisation, certifies companies providing excellent working conditions that foster employees' personal development. This year, following an assessment by an independent auditor, the BNP Paribas Group in Luxembourg once again received this distinction. For the seventh year in a row, BNP Paribas has also received the “Top Employers Europe” label, with certification for 8 countries: Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Poland, Turkey and the Ukraine.
In Luxembourg, particularly high marks were awarded for three of the audit criteria: workforce planning, integration of new staff as well as career management.
Commenting, Louis de Looz, Head of Human Resources at the BNP Paribas Group in Luxembourg, said: “We are convinced that the strength of a company lies in the commitment of its workforce. That is why it is so important to us to have obtained this seal of approval for the fifth year running. This is confirmation of our ability to evolve our HR practices at the right pace for our business, so that they match both the changing expectations of our employees and the company’s changing needs.”
