To be considered the Best Workplace™ in Europe, companies must participate in the national Great Place to Work’s Best Workplaces™ lists. Independent and confidential survey data that assesses employee experience in trust, innovation, company values, and leadership quantify each company’s performance. Companies are also assessed regarding their commitment to their creation of a For All™ workplace that includes all employees, regardless of their identity and background.

“Congratulations to the Best Workplaces™ in Europe,” says Michael C. Bush, CEO of Great Place to Work®. “These companies offer lessons for companies in every market around the world: Build trust with your people, and they will reward you with great work, new ideas, and stronger business results.”
