Meeting on 11 January 2013 the Board of Directors of BGL BNP Paribas co-opted Georges Heinrich, Director of the Treasury, as a director of BGL BNP Paribas in accordance with Article 15 of the bank’s Articles of Association.

At the same meeting, the Board elected Georges Heinrich as Chairman of the Board of Directors of BGL BNP Paribas, at the suggestion of the Board’s Vice-Chairman, François Villeroy de Galhau.
