Goodyear Dunlop awarded ‘Top Employers Europe’
Independent CRF Institute recognizes Goodyear Dunlop’s HR policies and practices across Europe: Goodyear Dunlop recognized with ‘TOP Employers Europe’ Award 2013 and Dunlop certified as a top performer in HR in 10 countries.

Goodyear Dunlop Tires Europe, one of Europe’s leading tire manufacturers, has been recognized with the ‘Top Employers Europe’ award by the renowned CRF Institute. With this certification the independent organization awards exemplary Human Resources policies and practices across Europe.
Goodyear Dunlop also received the prestigious CRF certification in ten countries: Belgium, Germany, Italy, Ireland, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Slovenia, Spain and the United Kingdom, recognizing the company’s excellent Human Resources efforts in those markets.

The independent CRF Institute evaluates organizations across Europe through objective, fact-based research, assessing critical areas of HR management, such as Primary and Secondary Benefits, Working Conditions, Training and Development, Career Opportunities and Company Culture. The CRF Institute works with the independent accounting and consulting firm Grant Thornton to provide an additional audit of specific areas.
CRF was founded in 1991, with the objective of offering independent HR assessment and acknowledgement. David Plink, CEO of CRF: "We strongly value our objectivity, independence and selectivity. Europe’s Top Employers received their certification at an award ceremony in London on March 21st, 2013.
