For the 3rd edition of the Luxembourg Green Business Summit organized by Greenworks, DHL Express Luxembourg has won the «Green Team of the Year» trophy. This prize emphasizes the implication of the employees in reducing the company´s carbon footprint in the Grand-Duchy.

The trophy, awarded by a jury of 50 CEO´s from Luxembourg, rewards a first phase of initiatives that has enabled DHL Express Luxembourg to reduce its carbon emissions by 54% for the 2006-2012 period.

“Go Green in a Team” is the slogan used by DHL Express Luxembourg to gather all employees around environmental projects. This same tagline was used to introduce the application to the jury.
