JOIN Experience is not just "the fourth" mobile operator in Luxembourg, but much more. JOIN Experience intends to revolutionise the use of telecommunications in Europe by offering its customers - especially SMEs and SOHOs – services to support simultaneously their needs in IT and telecommunications. Its clients will enjoy absolute mobility everywhere by having access to their data through networks like 4G broadband and "Cloud" dedicated infrastructure.

At the origin of this idea are three Luxembourgish entrepreneurs: Frank Fischer, Pascal Koster and Claude Lüscher, who all have extensive experience in the ICT sector.

POST Luxembourg, the historic player in telecommunications in Luxembourg, has joined their project by acquiring a 50 % stake in JOIN Experience via its subsidiary P&T Capital. "The interest of POST Luxembourg to be associated with JOIN Experience is no doubt linked to the international ambitions of the start- up," says Claude Strasser, CEO of POST Luxembourg. "JOIN Experience, thanks to the partnerships with major players in many countries, such as POST Luxembourg, has the means to quickly establish itself in specific markets."

JOIN Experience will soon be launching its activities in Luxembourg and then expand its offering to other countries. "We will begin our activities in Belgium in the near future as soon as we have concluded the negotiations with our local partner," says Pascal Koster, one of JOIN Experience’s three Managing Partners. "Other countries will follow, so that our services will be available and accessible throughout Europe."

The success of JOIN Experience will be based on the ease of use and transparency. "Our customers are our priority and we want to make their lives easier," says Frank Fischer, Managing Partner.
