He specialises in corporate and financial law, mainly in mergers and acquisitions, private equity and capital markets. He is a highly recognised practitioner in his practice areas and is recommended by numerous legal directories.

Jean-Paul is the author of various publications in the area of company and financial law, as well as co-author of books on company and securitisation law. He is also a lecturer at the University of Luxembourg.
