Next Step For ZiDCard: Capital Increase and New Board
As part of its expansion, the Luxembourg based online recruitment company ZiDCard announced a capital increase of a half million Euros, undertaken on March 5, 2014 and welcomed new Board members.
François-Xavier Sequaris, Corporate Venturing Associate, and Didier Lecomte, specialised in Intellectual Property, joined the present Board of Directors. Renaud Jamar, co-founder of Victor Buck Services, was appointed as Board Advisor. “I decided to go for ZiDCard because I’ve experienced the whole aspects of the recruitment issues when expanding from a start up to a bigger company, hiring about 170 employees.
The company’s philosophy underlying present and future products will give ZiDCard a leading position in a market where confidentiality and private data protection will be crucial in the coming years”, explained the former co-founder of Victor Buck Services. "Actually our intelligent recruitment tool for specific profiles based on skill assessment and candidates’ expectations offers a methodology with high added value and is recognized by the recruitment market for its efficiency. The capital increase allows us to move forward in the development of new concepts and products dedicated to both candidates and companies, and also to target new markets”, added CEO ZiDCard Jerôme Pittie.
