This change of name is part of the company’s development strategy; Company which will be celebrating its 15th anniversary in 2014.

A new name. A new logo. “The affirmation of our new identity is the culmination of an in-depth reflection, two years ago, concerning our know-how, our values, our projects and our ambitions for our customers,” says Vincent BECHET, Managing Director of INOWAI, while stressing: “our first motivation is our passion for real estate.”

“We are a Luxembourg company developing internationally,” adds Vincent BECHET. This is the reason why INOWAI is already implanted in Belgium and France. Our goal is to create a cross-border dynamic mainly focused on retail.

Innovation and sustainable development

Geographical diversification and expansion of its range of services are two development axes of INOWAI, turning innovation into a driving force for progress. This is very clearly demonstrated with work on the building complex “Le Dôme” in the District of Luxembourg station winning the ‘Breeam in use’ certification with excellent level. It offers its occupants a high-quality framework while being environmentally friendly. The 1000 people working there every day appreciate the improvement in comfort of the offices and the development of new services, not to mention the energy bill having been reduced by a quarter.

The increase of services also involves the development of the residential section. INOWAI will be represented in the city center of Luxembourg, rue Philippe II, with a residential agency equipped with a touchscreen display to view the properties on offer.

A new name for its 15th anniversary

Founded in 1999, the company has emerged, over years, as the main player in the Luxembourg property market, in the office, trade and industrial building sectors. It offers a complete range of quality services, from the seeking of premises, the managing, the evaluation of assets, to investment consulting and developing of real estate strategies.

INOWAI, has four partners and employs 48 people, who all share the company’s philosophy, with a desire to seek and devise the most relevant solutions to the assignments they have been entrusted with. “We are proud of our position and we strive very hard to be worthy of it”, observes Vincent BECHET stating that “INOWAI teams take time to listen so as to better understand the customers’ needs”.

Real estate is strategic in a company, often representing the second position of costs behind salaries. A good property strategy thus has a direct effect on competitiveness. INOWAI advises its clients and develops bespoke and innovative answers to their expectations.
