The Luxaviation issuance was immediately and fully subscribed at the admission, meeting immediate investor success with demand coming mainly from within Europe. The € 10 million bond issued on 19th May 2014 matures in 5 years and pays a 6 months Euribor + 4.00% p.a. (variable coupon). This first issue will be followed by several additional ones depending on the M&A activities of the group.

The purpose of issuing bonds has been clearly defined by Luxaviation Group co-CEO Patrick Hansen: “During the past 12 months, we marked important steps in our international growth strategy with the acquisition of Abelag in Belgium, Unijet in France and latest UK-based London Executive Aviation. With today’s issuance we refinance some of these transactions. The follow-on tranches shall provide funds to Luxaviation Holding Company for future external growth in Europe as well as in the Asia-Pacific region”.

Yesterday´s bond issuance is the first Luxaviation Group bond on the “EURO MTF” market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange and it is trading under ISIN code: LU1046356793.
