This new mobile application provides a complete overview of the network of the ALD Automotive partners :  bodywork, glass repairers, tyre centres, service stations, etc.  It thus meets all the issues a driver may have to face on the road.  What to do in case of accident or if the fuel card is lost?  Where can a replacement car be reserved? Etc. 

Initially, ALD mobile was developed for the 10,000 drivers of an ALD Automotive vehicle in Luxembourg, but it can also be used by all users of a smartphone or iOS or Android tablet who can thus gain access to all sorts of useful information (traffic conditions in real time, location of parking facilities in town and the nearest P+Rs, etc.).  Blackberry and Windows Phone users will also be able to consult the application in its web version.

With its mobile application, ALD Automotive can draw near his customers and offer them additional service so as to be at their side under any and all circumstances. Whether in Luxembourg or abroad, in case of emergency, the driver of an ALD Automotive vehicle will thus always have a list of the nearest partners on hand (e.g. bodywork specialists, tyre centres, etc.), as the application is available in 20 different countries.  For more specific questions concerning a contract or a product, the Contact Centre can be reached without even having to dial its number. 

The application is very user-friendly and intuitive.  Thanks to the geo-location tool, the driver always finds the information s/he is looking for.  With ALD mobile, ALD Automotive offers its customers a new tool that optimises mobility and improves the ecological and economic efficiency of company cars.  The application is available via the App Store and Google Play, and can also be consulted on www.ald-mobile.lu
