As a member of the Management Board, Fabrice Cucchi will be responsible for Compliance for all BNP Paribas Group entities in Luxembourg. He succeeds Anne Kayser, who is joining the Internal Audit unit of the BNP Paribas Group as Deputy Head of Compliance.

Graduated of CNAM Paris and the University of Toulouse, Fabrice Cucchi began his career at BNP in 1990 at the Finance Division. He went on to join the Internal Audit unit then moved to Luxembourg in 1999 to take up the position of Head of Organisation and Operational Risk for the territory. In 2005 he joined the Compliance function, initially in Paris and then in Italy, at BNL. Returning to Luxembourg, since 2009 he has been Head of Compliance for the BGL BNP Paribas’ business lines and for Fidupar.
