La Bourse de Luxembourg signe un protocole d’accord avec la Bourse GreTai Securities Markets de Taiwan
On the occasion of the 7th Taiwan-Luxembourg Joint Business Council, representatives of Taiwan’s GreTai Securities Markets (GTSM) and the Luxembourg Stock Exchange (LuxSE) took the opportunity to sign a memorandum of understanding (MoU) on 12 September 2014.
The agreement is intended to strengthen their role as gateway for foreign investment between Asia and Europe, especially in the context of RMB internationalization, but also to facilitate securities listings and exchange of information between them.
It also reinforces the existing ties between Taiwan and Luxembourg. Currently 52 Taiwanese companies list 66 securities, primarily Global Depositary Receipts (GDRs), on LuxSE.
