As a member of the Executive Committee, Mr Vialette will be in charge of sales teams in the Luxembourg market and will run the employee benefits management department. He will be tasked with developing insurance business with Luxembourg-based and cross-border clients and strengthening Cardif Lux Vie's presence in employee group insurance. He will also be responsible for business relations with BGL BNP Paribas.

Mathieu Vialette began his career in 2000 at BNP Paribas, first as a branch manager, then as regional manager in Bordeaux, France. In 2006 he joined the group's Internal Audit unit, serving in Paris then San Francisco. Relocating to Luxembourg in 2011, he became Regional Manager (Western Region) at BGL BNP Paribas. Mr Vialette is a graduate of Université des Sciences Economiques in Toulouse and holds a Master's degree in econometrics.
