Based on an evolution of the innovative “Agence Orange” concept, it shows ING’s desire to keep on investing in order to always serve better its clients and confirm its presence in the Grand-Duchy on the one hand, and on the other hand keep on participating more and more in local and economic life.

Though ING is developing strongly a multichannel approach, with a focus on e-banking and mobile banking in order to allow its clients to carry out simple transactions, investing in bricks and mortar still remains a priority for the bank.  This brand new branch proves this: visitors will benefit from a personalized service in nice, modern premises; the spacious offices with natural light create the ideal environment for qualified and tailor made advice about loans, investments and special projects. ING hopes this different concept of branch will attract curious visitors interested in ING’s way of banking.
                                 
Next to the traditional e-corner of the ING branches, a kids’ corner has been installed. ING Relationship Managers await visitors in the reception area, located at the entrance. Also a brand new type of ATM has been installed in the premises.

The new branch further supports the ING brand name: as a challenger on the Luxembourg market, the bank wants to be more present and visible in the second biggest city in the Grand-Duchy.
