Gabriel BLESER joins the law firm of DSM DI STEFANO MOYSE as Partner
He specialises in European and Luxembourg competition law, and has over 15 years of professional experience. He served as first general rapporteur of the Luxembourg Competition Inspectorate, then practised law with two well-known Luxembourg law firms. Gabriel advises on competition law matters, including cartels, abuse of dominant positions, joint ventures, state aid, unfair competition, as well as on telecommunication law and administrative law.
DSM managing partner Mario DI STEFANO on Gabriel’s joining the firm: "We welcome the arrival of Gabriel which will allow us to better serve the increasingly diversified needs of our clients. Gabriel’s experience in competition law will also allow us to better position our firm in an ever more challenging market. Indeed, this practice area has developed considerably in recent years and the Competition Council recently took several decisions which draw companies’ attention to proactively managing risks in competition law."
