Romain Becker, currently Co-Chairman of the Executive Board of Enovos International S.A. and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Creos Luxembourg S.A. will retire as of 31st July 2015. Romain Becker, born in July 1954, started his professional career as an advisor to the Luxembourgish Government and as a Government Energy Commissioner before taking, as of 1996, various leading positions in Cegedel S.A. and then in Enovos Group and Creos.

The Board of Directors of Enovos International S.A. appointed Jean Lucius as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chairman of the Executive Committee of Enovos International S.A., the holding company of the Enovos Group. The Executive Committee will furthermore be reinforced by Marc Reiffers, newly appointed Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Enovos Luxembourg S.A. and Claude Seywert, newly appointed Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Creos Luxembourg S.A. Michel Schaus, Chief of Operational Support (COS) and Guy Weicherding, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will continue to assume their respective functions within the Executive Committee.

These appointments apply as of August 1st 2015.
