Orange extends its distribution network to the north of Luxembourg with a new store in the Massen Shopping Centre
The decision by Orange to open a new shop in Weiswampach reflects its commitment to covering the whole of Luxembourg and offering its products and services to as wide a public a possible. Having established a strong presence in the south and centre of the country, Orange is extending its reach to the north.
We are constantly striving to meet the needs of our customers, and for several months there has been growing demand for telecoms solutions and network availability in the north of Luxembourg, so it was essential for Orange to establish a presence in this area to support our country-wide growth
Werner DeLaet, CEO of Orange Luxembourg S.A.
All the brand's product offerings will be available at the new store: mobile services on ultra-fast networks such as 4G and 4G+, ultra-high-speed internet via fibre optics, and also landline services and the 120 TV channels available in Luxembourg.
The new store, located within the shopping centre, has a service area offering the brand's wide range of services, Orange Experts to advise the most discerning customers including those looking for advice on all things digital, and a space for professionals. The entire catalogue is available, as well as the Elo tariff plan for virtually unlimited usage across Luxembourg. The shop is located a stone's throw from the Belgian border, making it the perfect spot for the Intense price plans – European packages par excellence that are valid in Luxembourg and across Europe. Mobistar, the Belgian operator and parent company of Orange Luxembourg, is also opening a shop just next to Orange to meet the needs of the area's Belgian customers.
"We are particularly pleased that Orange Luxembourg is among the new shops opening at the Massen Shopping Centre. Orange's arrival confirms the retail strategy that we are keen to pursue in the future: a strong brand, quality, extensive experience and impeccable customer service," says Mr Laplume, Managing Director of Massen S.A.
"We are constantly striving to meet the needs of our customers, and for several months there has been growing demand for telecoms solutions and network availability in the north of Luxembourg, so it was essential for Orange to establish a presence in this area to support our country-wide growth," explains Werner DeLaet, CEO of Orange Luxembourg S.A.
