Crown Prince and Crown Princess visit Luxembourg Stock Exchange
The Luxembourg Stock Exchange (LuxSE) was honoured to receive Their Royal Highnesses the Crown Prince and Crown Princess of Luxembourg on 17 November 2015.
The Crown Prince and Crown Princess were accompanied for the visit by Pierre Gramegna, Luxembourg Minister of Finance, and were received by LuxSE officials.
They attended a presentation on the history of LuxSE, its activities today and its subsidiary, Fundsquare. The Crown Prince and Crown Princess then visited the LuxSE markets and surveillance room and the exchange’s IT surveillance centre as well as Fundsquare where they received further explanation on the functioning of a modern stock exchange that has served the international capital markets at the forefront of financial innovation for more than 50 years.
During the visit, Their Royal Highnesses greeted a delegation from the Shanghai Stock Exchange, which included Hongyuan Huang, Shanghai Stock Exchange President, who were also visiting LuxSE.
