POST: End of the anonymity of mobile prepaid cards
As announced after the “Conseil de gouvernement” on 18.11.2015 POST Luxembourg will end the anonymity of its mobile prepaid cards (TIPTOP). This decision is valid with short notice for the acquisition of all new mobile prepaid cards. An identity card will be needed while acquiring a new mobile prepaid card.
Users of existing mobile prepaid cards will soon be informed about the process to identify themselves. Meanwhile, existing cards will work as usual and do not require any intervention of their users.
