This label is awarded, for one third on basis of the presentation of a file concerning companies practices and, for two thirds on basis of a survey that has been carried out by the “Great Place to Work Institute” among the employees of the Bank.

Already awarded as “Great Place to Work” in 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2015, ING ranks 6th among the winners in 2016.
