The ceremony, at which the winners of the Luxembourg HR awards were announced, began with the presentation of the "Best Change Management Services" award to Deloitte Luxembourg, notably for its work on an integrated change management approach for a European institution. Deloitte Luxembourg also won the Best HR Strategy Firm award in recognition of its HR maturity, HR vision and new HR model for supporting business strategy and objectives.

"We believe that business leaders must adapt to a new world that requires radical change in leadership and talent strategies, and we are pleased to be able to guide them through these changes. These awards show that we are heading in the right direction," explained Basil Sommerfeld, Partner and Human Capital Leader at Deloitte Luxembourg.

Over 300 industry professionals attended the traditional annual gala dinner, which unveils and rewards the best HR initiatives and solutions in the market. Once again, the event's key themes were the sharing of best practice and expertise.
