Keep Contact is revolutionising the media monitoring market
Keep Contact, a press relations and public relations agency, has taken an important step in its development by equipping itself with Watson Explorer, a new tool from IBM. With this intelligent technology, Keep Contact is strengthening its range of services for information monitoring and processing.
Established in Luxembourg almost 10 years ago, the independent press relations and public relations agency, Keep Contact, has rolled out a range of high-added-value services in its different offerings. To further its excellence in client services, Keep Contact has announced that it is the first specialized communication company to work with Watson Explorer technology.
An intelligent tool
Developed by IBM, Watson Explorer is a cognitive technology, capable of processing structured and non-structured information. The program will allow Keep Contact to provide greater insight into business intelligence topics. Watson Explorer can search immense volumes of information, select relevant content (keywords, themes…), and create an initial analysis. Watson Explorer builds upon these tasks, integrating the knowledge it gains through searches and retains the learnings for future tasks. Watson Explorer’s technology is already highly utilized in the healthcare industry, where knowledge sharing is a priority. While communication professionals are only just starting to become interested in such technology, Keep Contact is already ahead of the game.

Each minute, 350,000 Tweets are shared, 2.78 million videos are viewed on YouTube and 150 million e-mails are sent.
