Employees have been moving in gradually since 27 March, and they should all be in the new office by the end of April.

The new Head Office Branch opened its doors for business on Tuesday 18 April!

Based on a new development of the innovative ‘Agence Orange’ concept, this branch differs from the classic model in that it boasts three customer areas: a self-service zone for simple operations; a coaching zone to assist customers from the moment they arrive; and an advice zone for complex operations. Another feature is the presence of a shop (a coffee lounge) and a vending machine for ING promotional products with the profits donated to UNICEF.

The opening of ING Luxembourg’s new Head Office Branch will be celebrated very soon: further information will be made available on the social networks during the last week of April.
