Renata is specialised in corporate law with a practice more specifically turned towards mergers and acquisitions (national and cross-border), joint ventures, restructuring and financing/refinancing operations of companies. She regularly advises clients on matters relating to capital market transactions, governance of publicly listed and unlisted companies, as well as on legal and regulatory responsibility (including administrators’ responsibility). In the past, she also assisted her clients on litigation matters relating to her areas of practice, such as dispute resolution between shareholders and contractual litigation.

Renata became a member of the Luxembourg Bar Association in 2008 after graduating from the universities of Vilnius (Lithuania) and of Strasbourg. Prior to joining the firm, she worked in two renowned law firms in Luxembourg for more than 10 years.
