As previously announced, Claude Seywert takes up his position as new Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Executive Committee of Encevo S.A. Claude Seywert, who previously was CEO of Creos Luxembourg and member of the Executive Committee of Encevo S.A., replaces CEO Jean Lucius who will retire at the end of the month.

Marc Reiffers, the former CEO of Enovos Luxembourg S.A., takes over the management of Creos Luxembourg S.A. as the new CEO. Erik von Scholz, member of the Executive Committee and in charge of Renewable Energies and Corporate Development & Strategy, will lead Enovos Luxembourg S.A. as new CEO.

Marc Reiffers and Erik von Scholz remain Member of the Executive Committee of Encevo S.A. in their new capacity. Guy Weicherding remains member of the Executive Committee and Chief Financial Officer of Encevo S.A.

The Executive Committee of Encevo S.A. is composed as follows:

Claude Seywert: Chairman of the Executive Committee, CEO Encevo S.A.

Marc Reiffers: Member of the Executive Committee, CEO Creos Luxembourg S.A.

Erik von Scholz: Member of the Executive Committee, CEO Enovos Luxembourg S.A.
