Best known for her specialisation in Data/IP/TMT and her commitment to start-up businesses and art, Emmanuelle has always assisted her clients in employment matters, whether contentious or not. Holding a postgraduate degree in labour law, she is a long-time member of the Employment Law Specialists Association (ELSA) and has advised many human resources departments on GDPR implementation and compliance, protection of trade secrets and know-how and employment contracts. Head of Wildgen 4 Innovation, she also helps emerging businesses manage their human resources.  Focused on both litigation and advisory work and supported by a team of employment law specialists, she will guide high-profile local and international clients in all aspects of employment and labour law, from day-to-day HR questions to issues arising from complex cross-border transactions.

Emmanuelle’s approach is totally client-focused, and she works upstream with her clients—FTSE 100 clients, foreign and domestic multinationals, and start-ups—in order to implement the appropriate strategy for their needs. Throughout more than 20 years of practice in London, Paris and Luxembourg, she has developed sound experience in protecting her clients’ interests. Leveraging an excellent network of contacts abroad, she truly thinks internationally when it comes to devising strategies.

Emmanuelle is also a frequent speaker and author. She has widely published legal and regulatory insights and has hosted seminars and conferences in Europe and the United States. Ranked tier-1 by Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners and recognised for her sterling transactional work, there is no doubt Emmanuelle will quickly strengthen the department's positioning and client relationships, as she did for Data/IP/TMT years ago.
