3C Payment announces Appointment of new CEO
3C Payment, a global Payment Service Provider, announced today that Michele Ferraris, will step down as CEO of the company effective 1st January 2020.
He will be succeeded by Tim Goodwin who has been COO since 2016. Michele Ferraris, founder of 3C Payment in 2016, will take the role of Chairman of the board at 3C Payment Group.
As payments industry leader, Tim Goodwin is an expert in EMV with knowledge of payment software on PIN entry devices, cloud applications, gateways, enterprise architecture and digital payments. He has masterminded technical development for 15 years at 3C Payment, leading the Global operations and assuming responsibility for the company’s technology vision. Apart from this new role, Tim Goodwin will remain CEO at 3C TechLab, an agile innovation hub that operates from Portugal, and CEO of 3C Digital, a new company which provides a complete contextual commerce solution to transform the digital customer journey.
