Entrepreneur Rolf Sorg Acquires Seven Day-care Centers in Luxembourg
Schengen-based entrepreneur Rolf Sorg, the Founder and CEO of PM-International AG, has purchased seven existing day-care centers in Luxembourg as a private investor.
The property purchase contract was signed on February 4, 2020. The seven facilities offer space for a total of 300 children. The French operating company La Maison Bleue is responsible for the operation of the facilities. It already managed the day-care centers before the change of ownership.
Rolf Sorg wanted to invest in a project that’s socially viable: "As an entrepreneur, I am aware of the importance of a reconciliation of work and family life. That's why I am pleased to contribute as a landlord to ensuring a high-quality childcare service here in Luxembourg. Together with the operating company, our aim is to ensure a long-term operation of the facilities."
