As Director of Belgium, Raphaël LEGENDRE’s ambition is to capitalize on the company’s operational excellence
and strong expertise of more than 30 years in order to extend the spectrum of its activities even more in the 3 regions.
Sharing the developer’s vision and its human-centred approach, he intends to respond to the challenge of revitalizing
and reconnecting neighbourhoods.

which they are located, both for our occupants and for the residents and users of the city as a whole,» insists the
new Country Director of Belgium.

Engineering graduate of the Ecole Centrale de Lille, Raphaël LEGENDRE started his career in 2007 as a civil engineer at Bouygues Construction in Paris, where he was mainly active at the Bouygues Telecom Technopole site in Meudon. In 2009, he moved to Belgium and became familiar with the real estate sector as Design & Build Project Manager (DBFM) at CIT Blaton.

From 2012 to 2018, he was Project Manager at BESIX RED Belgium, where he was responsible for the coordination and management of real estate developments. In 2018, he joined IMMOBEL Group where he perfected his expertise in mixed urban developments with projects such as SNCB Fonsny (210,000 sqm), Lebeau (40,000 sqm) and Cours-Saint-Michel, before returning to BESIX RED in 2020 as Country Director Belgium. With more than 600,000 sqm under development, BESIX RED has almost thirty projects in progress and close to 475,000 sqm under development across Belgium.

A balanced and constantly evolving portfolio the developer wants to maintain, despite the current context: «Today even more so, we remain open to any opportunity that may arise.
