Based in Luxembourg, Oury takes on this additional responsibility from CEO and Founder Peter Hughes who held the position on an interim basis. In this role, Oury will continue to drive revenue growth through the robust and successful framework established in recent years.  
 
Oury is a well-known member of Luxembourg’s financial community and is a member of the ESG Committee of the Luxembourg PE Association (LPEA). His latest appointment further demonstrates the importance of Luxembourg as one of the business’ cornerstone hubs from which it employs over 650 people and offers a single-source solution to European regulated funds under the Apex, LRI and European Depositary Bank brands. 
 
With a 25-year long career in financial services and financial technology, Oury has an extensive understanding of the market, working with both private and institutional clients. Prior to joining Apex in July 2019, Oury was a member of IQ-EQ’s Executive Committee where he was responsible for Sales and Marketing.
