Banque de Luxembourg’s new account aggregation tool gives clients a consolidated view of their entire financial situation by displaying information on accounts they hold at any of the six retail banks in Luxembourg (BCEE, BGL BNP Paribas, BIL, ING Luxembourg, Post Luxembourg and Banque Raiffeisen).  The service is available in the BL Mobile Banking app and gives users access to real-time account balances. 

Since the European Payment Services Directive (PSD2) came into force in 2019, Banque de Luxembourg has been working with Luxembourg’s fintech infrastructure and ecosystem, LUXHUB, to provide increasingly innovative services.

The PSD2 Directive presents a real opportunity for us to enhance their online experience. The account aggregation service is an extra step that will make it easier for our clients to manage their accounts. From now on, they will have a ‘360° view’ of their assets from one single interface, resolving a practical issue for clients who hold accounts at different banks.”
