LexField strengthens Private Wealth and Private Equity teams with the arrival of Pierre-Siffrein Guillet and Fabian Piron
LexField has announced the appointment of two senior lawyers in its office in Luxembourg. Wealth management specialist Pierre-Siffrein Guillet joins as “Of Counsel”, while Fabian Piron, specialised in private equity and M&A, joins as “Counsel”.
Pierre-Siffrein Guillet focuses on corporate and international wealth structuring. Pierre-Siffrein advises family offices, high net-worth individuals and families on their private wealth management. He assists with the set-up and day-to-day management of investment vehicles. He also provides tax and legal advice to private clients on their investment, with a focus on the French, Swiss and Luxembourg markets.
Before joining LexField, Pierre-Siffrein founded his own consulting firm and, prior to that, he developed and managed the family office services at IQEQ (Luxembourg) S.A. He started his career as Head Teachers Assistant in the tax law program at the University Paul Cézanne Aix-Marseille III.
Fabian Piron specialises in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and investment funds. He advises domestic and multinational companies, private equity investors and real estate funds on a wide range of projects including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate (re)structuring, and financing. He also provides legal advice on commercial contracts and services. Throughout his career, he also gained experience in alternative investment funds and real estate related matters.
Prior to joining LexField, Fabian worked for over 12 years in Luxembourg for international and independent local firms, including Linklaters and Loyens & Loeff, as well as prime secondments in London and New-York for the latter firm.
