MediNation: 1st job site for the healthcare and social care jobs in Luxembourg
Luxembourg's health and social care system relies on some 50,000 professionals. The sector thus has a weight equivalent to that of the financial sector in the country's employment. The events of 2020 and 2021 have underlined the importance of the sector for the Luxembourg society.
The main employers agree that the recruitment market is tight and that it can be challenging to fill jobs. However, job vacancies lack visibility and are not always easily accessible for candidates.
"MediNation.lu shows the jobs of the main players in the sector. From the start, we offer the largest selection of vacancies in the health, care and socio-educational professions. "The mission of MediNation.lu is to facilitate access to these careers. This transparency represents a welcome spotlight for these professions and employers." The site follows the example of similar media in neighbouring countries. While there are specialised Luxembourg job boards for ICT or finance jobs, the sector covered did not yet have a dedicated medium.
Only some of the jobs advertised require specific training: the first half of the categories represents medical and support jobs, the second half covers generic jobs such as administration, management, catering, human resources, IT and many more.
MediNation.lu's approach allows employers to publish all their vacancies without time or publication limits. The result is the most comprehensive selection of jobs on the market. This is an advantage for the candidate who until now had no choice but to consult 'one by one' the sites of the main employers to discover their offer. An e-mail alert service allows the candidate to sign up to receive by e-mail any new offer corresponding to their criteria.
The MediNation team would like to thank the pioneering employers who have been with us since the launch of the site and invite you to discover the wealth of career opportunities on offer and especially: Hëllef Doheem, Servior, Arcus, Centre Hospitalier du Nord, Laboratoires Réunis, Verbandskëscht, ZithaSenior, Elisabeth, Fondation Maison de la Porte Ouverte, Centre Hospitalier Neuro-Psychiatrique, Sodexo Senior, Coviva et BioneXt LAB.
