In this role, Frederic will be responsible for driving Apex Fund Services through a phase of significant growth to become the leading fund services provider in Luxembourg, implementing the scalable governance structures and systems to deliver the highest level of service to clients. Client service remains at the heart of the Group’s strategy and has recently created two new departments in Luxembourg in addition to the existing service teams: a dedicated Client Relationship Management arm, and a Strategic Client Function – both of which are dedicated to nurturing and enhancing relationships with clients.

Frederic joined Apex in 2020 as Managing Director, and Chief Operating Officer of the Apex Luxembourg business. He has over 25 years of experience in the Investment Funds, Asset Servicing, Commercial and Private Banking sectors. Most recently before joining Apex, Frederic was Director of Operations and Member of the Executive Committee at European Fund Administration, and Head of Securities at Banque Internationale à Luxembourg.

Over the last year, the Group has successfully transferred and integrated the activities of a number of Apex subsidiaries, as well as of newly acquired entities into its connected Luxembourg operations structure while simultaneously has been organically growing its business through the successful onboarding of clients.
