Eltrona covers 85% of the Grand Duchy’s households with its ultra-high speed internet network, up to 1Gb/s. Eltrona, the major player in television, is launching TV+, an interactive TV service that fits the new habits of its customers. Replay, time-shift, pausing, and recording on reserved space are all features of this new TV experience. The Eltrona TV+ mobile app also allows you to watch your favourite content throughout Europe, on your tablet or smartphone.

The customer experience is particularly well designed. The languages, the order of the channels changing according to the chosen language, the menu availability in Luxembourgish and in 5 other languages, quick channel changing, and content recommendations according to one's preferences are some of the elements that the "Friendly Luxembourgish Users" had the opportunity to test this summer at home. They directly contributed to the improvement of the initial version.

The platform, developed in cooperation with the company Ocilion, updates the set top box, a real hightech jewel, with new features and content. The client can thus choose their offer or VOD directly on their television set. The platform is equally operational on all other internet networks available in Luxembourg.
