New partner
The Partners of BONN & SCHMITT are pleased to announce the arrival on 1st October of Mr. Erwin SOTIRI, Attorney at Law, as a new Partner and Mr. Ruben MENDES, Attorney at Law, as an Associate (former law firm JURISCONSUL).
Mr. SOTIRI has a professional experience of 18 years in the fields of new technology, intellectual property, gaming, data protection, with a special focus during these last years, on crypto-currencies, FinTech and DLT, in respect to which he is the author of a book published in 2018. His past experiences include the representation of several organisations for the collective management of copyright relating to music and in the audiovisual sector. Mr. SOTIRI has also contributed in several landmark trademarks litigation cases.
Mr. MENDES, initially specialised in intellectual property, has a solid experience in copyright, trademark and new technologies. He is the author of several articles dealing with FinTech, DLT and data protection.
