The inauguration ceremony will be attended by institutional guests such as the Portuguese Ambassador to Luxembourg, António Gamito, the Consul-General, Jorge Cruz and Caixa's Executive Director, José João Guilherme. Members of the Portuguese civil and business community living in the Grand Duchy will also be present.

The representative office, located at no. 6 Avenue de la Liberté, seeks to reinforce the relevant connection of the extensive resident community with Caixa in Portugal, as well as the growing demand from foreign customers. The office is run by its three employees: Isaura Rovisco, Office Manager, Daniel Veríssimo and Rui Almeida, Commercial Assistants.

The reason for Caixa's presence in Luxembourg is to promote proximity, as well as all the products and services available on Caixa's branch network in Portugal, to customers resident in Luxembourg, supporting the fulfilment their dreams in Portugal in the acquisition of property, business support, savings, investments, retirement and other types of solutions.
