‘Récital’, a high standard residence

The nursing and care home (CIPA) will have 123 beds in 110 extravagant and bright rooms to accommodate residents concerned about their well-being down to the smallest detail. It is a luxurious nursing and care home in terms of infrastructure but also regarding the care provided.
The theme of music will be integrated as a common thread in the nursing and care home and in the assisted living facilities, through the decoration, the names of the common rooms or the activities offered.

The nursing and care home will also have:

• a gourmet restaurant, managed by chef Gérald Vanhove, winner of the 2019 Orpea Belgium Culinary Trophy Prize, chaired by 2-star Chef Yves Mattagne. The chef and his team concoct varied daily seasonal menus, fresh and nourishing, in a kitchen that is open for everyone to see.
• a floor dedicated to residents with Alzheimer's disease and a floor reserved for highly dependent people.
• a balneotherapy area, modern physiotherapy rooms, cosy relaxation areas and sensory areas (snoezelen)
• a piano bar, a beauty salon and a hairdressing salon.

The assisted living facilities of ‘Récital’ allow able-bodied and independent people (alone or as a couple) to live independently in an apartment, in complete safe accommodation with their own furniture. It is a 5-star establishment offering an exceptional living environment. The residence has 23 spacious, unfurnished, elegant apartments with modern facilities, an equipped kitchen and an adapted shower room.
The apartments are flexible according to the specific needs of each occupant. They are adjacent to the nursing and care home and, in addition to meeting areas, they also offer a balneotherapy area, a wellness area with a swimming pool and a restaurant.
