This donation is part of the “Investing for the Planet” campaign led by BNP Paribas Asset Management in conjunction with BGL BNP Paribas: the BNP Paribas Group’s two Luxembourg entities promised to donate EUR 1 to natur&ëmwelt for every EUR 1,000 invested in the BNP Paribas Ecosystem Restoration, BNP Paribas Smart Food, BNP Paribas Climate Impact and BNP Paribas Easy ECPI Global ESG Blue Economy funds. The money collected will fund the installation of nesting islands on the Haff Réimech ponds in Remerschen to protect its birdlife, and more specifically its common terns. These migrating birds have been reproducing there for several years.
