Matthias is an electrical engineer with many years of professional experience in different companies as an engineer, Key Account Manager and Customer Support Manager. He speaks English, German, Spanish and French.

Thanks to his achievements, he brings a new perspective to ALIPA Group. As Business Developer, he gives technical advice to the users of lifting equipment, helps them understand the specificities of the products and guides them in the choice of the right equipment. He also gives workshops about lifting.

Matthias enjoys the personal contact with customers, which allows him to establish a good relationship with them and understand their needs: “To do this job, you have to have enough technical knowledge, but you should also like to interact with people, be able to listen, know how to communicate, be organized and work independently”, he says.

Outside of work, Matthias develops his passion for volleyball, motorcycling, scuba diving and skiing.
