In the Corporate and M&A department, Soledad Pascual and Mathieu Feldmann, with more than 20 years of experience each, both become Senior Counsel. Soledad, who specializes in mergers and acquisitions and company law, is notably an expert in these transactions within the private equity sector. Mathieu, on the other hand, has extensive experience in the complex restructuring of national and international companies.

Ailbhe Kilcullen is promoted to Senior Associate. Ailbhe has extensive experience in general corporate law and particularly in the private equity sector.

Geraldine Felber, is promoted to Associate. Geraldine is involved in a wide range of corporate restructuring matters and private equity transactions.

The Investment Funds department is also promoting two members of its team.

Olivier Amrein, is promoted to Counsel. Olivier has extensive experience in the creation of regulated and non-regulated alternative investment funds with various investment strategies such as RAIFs, SIFs, Part II funds.

Clotilde Lapie, is promoted to Associate. Clotilde is involved in the structuring, implementation and operation of the full range of regulated and non-regulated alternative investment funds.

Finally, Nicolas Hamblenne is promoted to Counsel in the Technology & IP department. Nicolas is an expert in information technology and communications law and has extensive experience in data protection issues (including GDPR compliance), in commercial and IT agreements and in marketing and advertising law.
